Register the property with mobile OTP
Use the hotel mobile number. We send a 6-digit one-time code on WhatsApp or SMS. Type that code to finish. The code expires in 5 minutes.
A new number is registered as a hotel. Add the contact name when the form asks for it. This page does not ask for an email address. It does not let you sign up as staff or as an admin.
If this mobile number is already registered, the same code signs you in. Use Hotel sign in when the property already has an account.
After the code is accepted, save the property profile: hotel name, type, city, contact person, and number of rooms. Then post the vacancy.
What you post
Each job post tells a worker what the shift actually is. Write these details:
City and salary
- City: where the property is, from the launch list below.
- Salary: the monthly pay, as a minimum and a maximum in rupees.
Duty time and joining
- Duty time: the shift hours.
- Joining: the date the person should start.
Food and accommodation
- Food: say whether meals are provided.
- Accommodation: say whether a place to stay is provided.
Who you will meet
You see the people who applied to your post. Blinskart also screens profiles by hand, using city, department, experience, and when the person can join, and can send you candidates.
The hotel decides the next step. You choose who to interview, who to select, who to hire, and who to reject. Blinskart does not hire the person for you.
Your name and address stay private
Applicants do not see your full hotel name or your street address. On the public job list they see a masked name: the first word, ****, and the last word. They also see the city only.
A name such as Sea View Palace Hotel is shown as Sea **** Hotel. Blinskart shares the full hotel name and address later, when you are ready for the person to know where to come.

What happens after you register
