You sign up with your mobile number

This page uses a one-time code, called an OTP. Enter your 10-digit mobile number. We send a 6-digit code on WhatsApp or SMS. Type that code to finish. The code expires in 5 minutes.

A new number is registered as staff. Add your name when the form asks for it. This page does not ask for an email address. It does not let you sign up as a hotel or as an admin.

If this mobile number is already registered, the same code signs you in. Use Staff sign in when you already have an account and only need to enter.

What you will add

The OTP only creates the login. After that, open your profile and add the details hotels need to judge your work.

Photo and resume

  • A photo of you, as a JPG, PNG, or WebP file.
  • A resume in PDF or Word.

Department and position

  • Department is the area you work in, such as Housekeeping, Kitchen, or Front Office.
  • Position is the job you do, such as waiter, chef, or room attendant.

Experience and expected salary

  • How many years you have worked in hotels.
  • The monthly salary you expect, as a minimum and a maximum in rupees.

City, availability, food, and stay

  • The city where you can join.
  • When you can join: immediate, 15 days, 30 days, or after notice.
  • Whether you need food at the hotel.
  • Whether you need a place to stay.

What you see about the hotel

On a job post, the hotel name is masked. You see the first word and the last word. The middle is shown as ****. A name such as Sea View Palace Hotel is shown as Sea **** Hotel. You see the city only. The street address stays hidden.

Blinskart screens each profile by hand. We look at your city, department, experience, and when you can join. We share the full hotel name and address with you later, when the hotel is ready to meet you.

Applying does not reveal the hotel. Applying does not hire you. Nobody is hired automatically. The hotel meets you, holds the interview, and decides.

What happens after you register

  6. 6The hotel interviews you and decides who to hire.
